These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Documint PM (“DPM,” “we,” “us”) websites at mintpm.ai, hc-build.com, and their subdomains (the “Sites”). The Sites include public pages, the Stack Check tool, methodology pages, and the DPM public blog or zine. By visiting the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
Stack Check is an AI-assisted educational tool. It reads software vendors’ publicly posted legal documents (Terms of Service, Master Services Agreements, Data Processing Addendums, privacy policies, trust centers) and reports what those documents state. Every finding is a description of the documents, not a statement of fact about the vendor or how the vendor actually operates.
Stack Check is not legal advice. It is not an audit. It does not create an attorney-client relationship. It does not see any signed contract between you and a vendor, and your contract may differ from the public documents Stack Check read. You should talk to your attorney before making any procurement or contract decision based on anything you see on the Sites.
Vendor names, product names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Stack Check uses them only to identify whose documents were reviewed. Stack Check is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vendor listed, or by the maker of the AI model it uses.
Vendors can request a correction, submit updated document links, or ask to be added to the Reviewed vendors list by emailing dpmtellus@mail.grokbot.com. We reply within 2 business days and update corrected cards within 5 business days.
You agree not to:
The Sites and everything on them, including Stack Check results, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or that the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI can misread a clause, miss a document, find an outdated page, or produce an inconsistent result between runs.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DPM and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sites or any Stack Check result. In no event will DPM’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Sites exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DPM from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Sites in violation of these Terms or in violation of any law or any third party’s rights.
We may change the Sites and these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to msmith@hc-build.com. Stack Check vendor submissions and correction requests go to dpmtellus@mail.grokbot.com.
